I gave my life to the Lord as a teenager – at about 14 or 15 years old – and I’ve never looked back. I love the Lord with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind (Dt 6:5; Mt. 22:37). My middle name is Alvine (pronounced Al-Veen…..it’s French….I know, I’m fancy), and that is what my family and friends love to call me. My sister calls me Vine for short. I have learned so much from the Lord in my new life with Him, and I believe I have only scratched the surface! I am looking forward to sharing all that I have learned with you. This section of the blog is called “Secrets of the Vine”. The name is a nod to the nickname my sister gave me, as well as a tribute to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
